William Osher [photo]William Osher CFA

William Osher, CFA, is Chief Economist and Director of Fixed Income for CSI Capital Management. As Chief Economist, Mr. Osher assists in setting the top down direction for both the firm's equity and fixed income investments. He received his BA degree from Claremont McKenna College and his MBA in Finance and Accounting from Northwestern University's J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management. He earned his Certified Pension Consulting degree in 1982 and his Chartered Financial Analyst certification in 1992. Mr. Osher is currently treasurer for the Town of Tiburon, California. He is also a member of the CFA Institute, Security Analysts of San Francisco, the California Municipal Treasurers Association, the Professional Advisors Committee of the Marin Community Foundation, and the U.C. Berkeley Advisory Board for their certificate program in wealth management.
